Additional charges will be applied on customer billing when applicable (Toll Highway ETR 407, Airports or regulatory fee, Parking).

NO SHOW

Cannot find passenger

A fee equal to the full price of the trip plus any wait time charges will also get charges when passengers fail to arrive at the designated location.

Cannot find chauffeur

If the client is unable to locate the chauffeur, the client should contact to Company contact number at 416-828-8538,24/7 hours a day, Our Dispatch will locate the driver at the meeting point. If the client fails to call our office before leaving that place charges will be added to client billing.

AIRPORTS WAITING TIME

Domestic flights up to 30 min wait

The US flights up to 1-hour wait

International flights up to 1 hour and 30 min

Beyond the waiting time depending on flight status, charges will start to incur.

NON AIRPORT PICKUPS

The customer is provided 15 minutes of a wait after the pickup time start, beyond the extra 15 minutes your charges will be itemized on client billing.

HOURLY SERVICES

Mississauga Limo Taxi provides hourly services based on 2 or more hours. when services are provided with multiple stops it will consider hourly services and you will get charged on an hourly basis. Rates for hourly services are $45 an hour plus GST +tip.

VEHICLE CLEANING/DAMAGE

Induration of hiring a vehicle you are responsible for vehicle interior, Client will get charged $150 add up to the billing who requires clean up services for the excessive mess. $500 will be charged for any damage to the vehicle interior (breakage, burnt, tear, while opening door hit another car) depend on the incident.

 SMOKING, DRUG ALCOHOL

The vehicle shall not be used for illegal activities. Alcohol consumption or drug use is prohibited in any of our vehicles and against the law.

CANCELATION POLICY

Mississauga Limo Taxi reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time in the best interest of customer safety, vehicle safety, customer safety, and federal-provincial /local laws. In case of anything bad or illegal activity seen, the chauffeur has the right to cancel the agreement without a refund.

LOST OR STOLEN

Mississauga Limo Taxi is not responsible for any loss or stolen to your personnel belongings, if anything left in the car there will be an extra charge for delivery for returning that left item.

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

Mississauga Limo Taxi shall not to responsible for bad weather, road traffic, road conditions, break down to car or any mechanical issues that might get a failure to complete the job as required.

CHILD SAFETY

Please note that we provide car safety as a courtesy so you don’t have to haul around the extra luggage. Depending on the driver’s knowledge if the car seat is not installed you should not force the driver to install it. It’s your responsibility to make sure the car seat is secured and safe for your kids because we are not responsible for any mishap, It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure the car seat is installed properly. You can order more than one car sat. We try our best to give a good service and make sure that the seat is already installed. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE

We accept all major credit cards and provide monthly billing for our regular clients.

PETS

We allow pets in our vehicles as far as they stay in their cage. We are not responsible for any pet health issues.
